Ten questions about the life you're building. Scenes and feelings, not goals. At the end you get a drawing set for that life, in your own words, plus the prompts and instructions that turn it into a script, an image, and a nightly practice. The whole thing costs nothing.
Not who you are. The vehicle you're choosing for this build. It gets stamped on the title block.
The drawing set gets titled with it.
Close enough to be real. Far enough to be built.
You step outside. What do you see, hear, feel underfoot? Write it in the present tense. Clarity asks: what's the first sound?
Town, land, water. Real or still imagined.
What are they actually doing? What's on the bench, the desk, the field?
Dinner, in that life. Name them.
Exactly as you wrote it. Your number, not a bigger one. Drive says: the path hasn't moved. You have.
How it feels in the body, inside that life. Presence says: breathe once before you choose.
What did that day deserve?
01Print this sheet, or save it as a PDF, and put it where the day starts: the desk, the mirror, the shop wall. It's a drawing set, and drawings are meant to be posted where the builders can see them.
02Copy your script prompt into any AI. It will ask you five short questions about your real past, then write an 800-word profile of your future life, reported like a news story. Read it once. Fix anything that isn't true to you, especially the quotes.
03Make a free ElevenLabs account. Text to Speech. Paste your script. Pick a calm documentary narrator, never your own voice, and test three before you choose. Model: Multilingual v2. Stability 55. Style near zero. Speed 0.95. Download the MP3. The free tier covers a five-minute track.
04Put it on your phone and listen every night for 30 days. In bed, low volume. Three slow breaths before you press play, then listen from inside the life, not outside it. Don't re-cut it for 30 days; repetition is the practice, not iteration.
05Your image prompt renders the 6 AM scene as an ink drawing in any image model. Set it as a wallpaper, or print it next to the sheet.
06Watch what makes you tear up, in the script or in your own answers. That line is pointing at truth worth chasing. Full craft notes live in Protocol 01: The Future Self Audio.
